Trauma-informed means our programs are facilitated with care, choice, and respect for participants’ experiences. We prioritize emotional safety, consent, and accessibility without requiring personal disclosure or reprocessing of trauma.

 Participation is always voluntary. Our programs do not require individuals to share personal or sensitive information. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level.
